Position Overview

Maxway is currently seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver, who is HOME DAILY, delivering Auto Parts to our customers. As a driver we offer:

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday. Weekends off.
• Start time after 7:00 PM, drivers operate through the night and into the early morning.

Qualifications:

CDL drivers with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply immediately:

• Valid CDL license (Class A) with Haz-mat Endorsement
• Current DOT Medical card
• Clean MVR
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Post and pre-trip inspections
• Safely maneuver vehicles at all times, obeying traffic laws and road conditions.
• Ability to safely maneuver truck into loading and unloading position.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as adding oil, fuel, radiator fluid etc.
• Load and unload vehicles using proper equipment as provided ( Electric pallet jack and liftgates)
• Plan and/or adjust route based on changes or conditions.
• Communicate effectively with others including but not limited to co-workers, supervisors, managers, clients and or customers.
